**Location of the role is in Minneapolis, MN, but in the current state this is a remote role. We would not require anyone to relocate to MN for at least one year.**

We’re seeking a self-motivated Sr. Manager, Salesforce Platform to drive process standardization and enable the sales, service, marketing, e-Commerce and analytics teams to optimize their efforts by utilizing systems and resources in the best possible way. The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, structured, and outgoing, with a background in building and leading a Salesforce.com center of excellence across all clouds. In This Position, You Will Get To

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  • Drive continuous development/improvement of the CRM system (Salesforce.com) in close coordination with the sales, marketing, customer solutions, and IT leaders
  • Develop and maintain governance for use of CRM system (Salesforce.com) and ensure alignment with other relevant commercial processes
  • Drive commercial excellence performance
  • Define and develop environment strategy and change management
  • Support budget, strategy, and investment planning for Salesforce.com
  • Works with business leaders in defining the Salesforce Roadmap, including defining system enhancements for short- and long-term planning
  • Conduct monthly SF User Group meetings to improve user adoption and increase excitement around SFDC
  • Build standard, scalable commercial excellence processes to drive efficiencies and increase revenue for sales, marketing, engineering and customer service (ie; lead management processes, SIP reporting, Sales reporting, etc)
  • Drive the creation and standardization of automated reports for trending analysis and measure effectiveness
  • Serve as key SME for platform capabilities and usage best practices
  • Provide analytical data and KPI performance to improve leadership visibility into business decisions for growth and profitability
  • Support/drive sales focus to grow opportunity pipeline through SFDC quality/effectiveness in the regions and lead SFDC implementation
  • Interface with global leaders from sales and marketing to review commercial opportunities status and reporting in SFDC
  • Manage ongoing operational support for Salesforce.com inclusive of commissions, contracting, training and performance metrics
  • Manage a team of SaleForce Enterprise team members, including managing performance, goals, and succession planning etc.
  • Agile delivery of Salesforce specific programs.

You Have
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience. Preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in marketing or commercial excellence role
  • At least 8 years experience on the Salesforce Platform
  • Salesforce ADMIN201 Certification, + SalesCloud or ServiceCloud certifications
  • Experience with SF reporting and analytics
  • Experience with SF functional design and best practices
  • Working knowledge and experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom applications
  • Understands system integration concepts & data modeling
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with leaders and peers
  • Strong business acumen
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to grasp concepts quickly
  • Working knowledge of MS Office based products
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience with SF reporting and analytics inclusive of Einstein
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time, although this role is currently not traveling now given current circumstances
