Position Description As Product Owner, you will represent the voice of the customer for our Salesforce CRM platform across the entire organization. You will drive the roadmap, shape requirements, and track each feature from initial discussions/concept through post-launch support and maintenance. You will be responsible for converting the product vision into a workable product roadmap through stakeholder interviews, requirements documentation, forward-looking planning, technical integration and tradeoffs dialog, regular product backlog maintenance, and tactical prioritization of tasks. This role will work closely with leadership across the organization including sales, marketing, finance, operations, IT, and others. Your goal is to consistently deliver new and improved capabilities to improve the user experience and drive user efficiency through our agile process. We’re seeking individuals who can think strategically while remaining pragmatic and who always have their mind on delivering meaningful and measurable value to the end-user which will, as a result, achieve our goals. Primary Responsibilities
  • Own the CRM roadmap & delivery schedule
  • Understand the Salesforce product roadmap and apply to the organization’s goals
  • Work with business stakeholders to propose and prioritize new features and improve UI
  • Manage external partners prioritization, timelines and deliverables of tasks
  • Document all user and system specifications
  • Manage and participate in integration and UAT sessions, including capturing and cataloging user feedback
  • Manage integration with internal & external systems
  • Proven experience managing cycles of continuous improvement of CRM platform for Sales and Customer Service teams

    Requirements

    Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT, Systems Engineering, or other related field required.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Certified Scrum Master, and Certified Scrum Product Owner of Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, Social Studio, and other integrations.
  • Product management experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence products, break down epic-level user stories into detail-level stories consumable and testable by a scrum team and strong sense of personal accountability with ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Must have strong analytical, organization and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail, ability to react quickly to complex situations; work with teammates, customers and outside organizations in a detail oriented manner.
  • Knowledge of financial services management systems needed, life insurance policy administration systems experience is ideal.
