Current Need

McKesson is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to join our team in Richmond, VA or onsite at our Jacksonville, FL location.

Responsible for improving the delivery of products and change management for our internal customers. This includes leading the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with and advocate for our internal customers
• Gather requirements and coordinate implementation with IT
• Communicate and support change management efforts
• Responsible for business administration of key SFDC platform features
• Responsible for tracking, measuring, and reporting utilization of all features and working with team members on continuous improvement
  
  

Minimum Job Qualifications

• Typically requires 2 years of relevant experience
• Project based experience with a record of success in analyzing, designing, and deploying features across products and solutions
• Experience with Salesforce.com
  
  

Specialized Knowledge/Skills

• Ability to use strong communication skills to convey complex ideas to a wide diversity of people, including technical, business, and leadership teams
• Strong analytics skills needed
• Strong business acumen needed
• Experience with development tools including Atlassian or JIRA
• Experience with UX technologies preferred
• Experience with visualization reporting tools
• Experience in working with various stakeholders in the development of technical solutions
• Excellent technical depth in requirements development suitable for development
• Running pilot programs and A/B testing
• Gathering and analyzing aggregate and objective feedback related to product development
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing principles and dimensional models and how data is sourced is strongly preferred

May be up to 10% travel required
Education/Training

Bachelor's degree: Business Process Management, Information Systems or another business, process, computer or process-based discipline or equivalent experience
