We are seeking the best problem-solvers, idea-makers, and high-energy professionals for our fast-growing practice area. We need people with good instincts and a positive outlook that can overcome any obstacle.

Responsibilities:
• Provide complete KT to support teams before any production release
• Complete mandatory training for self as identified in the training plan for the project
• Act as a buddy for new hires when assigned by supervisor
• Adhere to Organization policies and procedures
• Participate in project and organization initiatives led by the Delivery leadership
• Contribute new ideas and innovative approaches at work including CSI themes

Required Qualifications:
• At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce project management
• Full cycle implementation experience for Salesforce projects
• Hands-on technical knowledge in solution design, development and estimations
• In-depth knowledge of application support process, problem management, incident management and knowledge management

Preferred Qualifications:
• An advanced degree is an advantage
• Any certifications in Salesforce is a plus.
