Job Description:

ITnova is seeking a Salesforce Program Manager for a project in Baltimore. This position is contingent upon award of the contract.

Responsibilities:

· Works as contractor’s manager for the Contract, and serves as the single point of contact for the Master Contractor with the State regarding the Contract.

· Performs overall management for Contract support operations.

· Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all Contract activities, projects and support activities, including those of subcontractors.

· Oversees the development of or develops work breakdown structures, charts, tables, graphs, major milestone calendars and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems and making recommendations.

· Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communications skills.

· Establishes and alters corporate management structure to direct effective and efficient Contract support activities.

· Must be capable of negotiating and making binding decisions for the Master Contractor.

· Supports OIT project teams in the best use of Salesforce technology including best practices, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.

· Works with the Lead Salesforce Developer to assess the impact of any/all changes to the platform providing recommendations to OIT management on how to make the best use of the changes and educating Agency staff.

· Analyzes new project requests including gathering information from the customer then recommending a solution including alternatives to OIT management

· Maintains expert level knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform.

· Leads assigned projects to a successful conclusion including becoming thoroughly knowledgeable on all aspects of the project; enforcing security, technology, project management, and coding standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and situational awareness at all times; and managing project deliverables, risks, and budget.

· Conducts requirements gathering or support a business analyst with requirements gathering including but not limited to: 1) facilitating requirements elicitation session(s) with stakeholders, 2) comprehending basic to complex business issues, 3) depicting complex information graphicly where appropriate, and 4) translating business needs into understandable, documented requirements.

· Works with assigned development resources or COTS vendor resources to develop estimates and ensure the system is developed or configured in a timely fashion.

· Plans and executes system testing or be supported by a testing specialist in the planning and execution of system testing including development of test documentation.

· Leads the planning and execution of the implementation including but not limited to: 1) system documentation, 2) training materials, 3) training sessions, and 4) lessons learned.

· Develops or participates in the development of Task Order Requests for Proposals (TORFP), Requests for Information (RFI), Request for Proposals (RFP), and other types of procurement deliverables as well as coordinate the corresponding procurement process.

· Participates in the OIT’s project intake process in a manner consistent with the above responsibilities and as a subject matter expert.

· Supports maintenance activities on existing systems in a manner consistent with the above responsibilities.

Provides coaching and guidance to other project managers as directed. This includes but is not limited to mentoring sessions, communicating job expectations, peer review of deliverables, performance monitoring, enforcing policies, procedures, and standards, and providing feedback on the assigned project managers performance to OIT management.

Qualifications:

Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related discipline.

· Possesses current certification as Project Managers –PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) or industry equivalent (Program Management Professional (PgMP®), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP®), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®), Software Quality Engineer Certification (CSQE®), Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), and PRINCE2).

General Experience:

· At least 12 years of experience in program or project management.

· Possesses eight (8) or more years’ experience in deploying SalesForce.com capabilities including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

· Possesses prior senior level experience with the Force.com platform, Lightning Experience, APEX, Visual Force, and out-of-the-box functionality and configuration.

· Possesses demonstrated experience with the Force.com functional and systems architecture, data integration, and content migration over multiple projects.

· Possesses demonstrated experience with Force.com platform administration, declarative and custom application development, configuration, and release management.

· Possesses senior level experience with Agile software development including but not limited to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or the DoIT Agile SDLC.

· Possess experience facilitating requirements meetings with stakeholders, running stand-up meetings with the project team, conducting review meetings with the customer, presenting to management, managing risk, resolving issues, managing change, planning and executing both system and user acceptance testing, managing deployments, working with third party vendors, and managing project budgets.

· Possesses direct experience developing Project Charters, requirements documentation, workflow or similar diagrams, project schedules, periodic status reports, and lessons learned. Supervision of other team members doing this work is not sufficient.

Specialized Experience:

· At least eight (8) years of experience in supervision or oversight of IT related programs or projects.
