Salesforce Program Manager

• Gather and implement business requirements for Salesforce enhancements
• Work with a cross-functional team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud release cycles
• Work with the business to prioritize features for quarterly releases
• Roll out new features and functions effectively. High attention to measuring results to ensure that goals to improve experience and/or efficiency are met
• Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customization's to address evolving business needs
• Focus on user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data accuracy across the Salesforce system
• Leading office hours, works with end users to understand how to maximize productivity on the CRM application
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products
• Experience developing and implementing solutions across multiple businesses
