Salesforce Business/Requirements Specialist - Experienced PM; Expert at SDLC Implementation; In depth knowledge of Salesforce with Salesforce Cloud & Lighting.

The Salesforce project manager shall support the Salesforce team through customized schedule tracking and daily interfacing with clients. The candidate shall maintain a master schedule and update it daily, as well as project out future work, so that the team has a firm estimate of work in queue. The candidate must have experience as a project manager for a small team, and must be able to create requirements docs that are useful to both customer and programmers.

  • Resource will be required to create current and proposed work flow diagrams.
  • Resource will be required to estimate level of effort and integrate that into schedule.
  • Resource will obtain change control board approval and all security sign offs for any changes implemented.
  • Resource will schedule all testing with customers and testing team.
  • Resource will review current user interfaces and identify areas of improvement.
  • Resource will be required to present system functionality to end-users or stakeholders.
  • Resource will be required to analyze and present solutions for issues within the Salesforce workstream.
  • Resource will be required to assist in the determination of the APD request for the Salesforce workstream.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates IT project management, engineering, maintenance, QA, and risk management.

Plans, coordinates, and monitors project activities.

Develops technical applications to support users.

Develops, implements, maintains and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned systems.

Provides training for system products and procedures.

Performs application upgrades.

Performs, monitoring, maintenance, or reporting on real- time databases, real-time network and serial data communications, and real-time graphics and logic applications.

Troubleshoots problems.

Ensures project life-cycle is in compliance with District standards and procedures.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $130.00 per hour

Experience:

  • District of Columbia health and human services: 9 years (Preferred)
  • SDLC: 10 years (Required)
  • policy integration for a large-scale IT Project: 10 years (Preferred)
  • federal healthcare programs and policies.: 9 years (Preferred)
  • working in the Health and human Services policy industry,: 10 years (Required)
  • Requirements Gathering: 10 years (Required)
  • MS Office/PowerPoint: 10 years (Required)
  • BA: 10 years (Required)
  • interpreting healthcare policy requirements: 8 years (Required)

Education:
