The Position We are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to join the Business Applications team. In this role, you will support Marketing, Sales, Support, Finance, and other functional groups across the organization to architect solutions in Salesforce, design end state, and assess implementation feasibilities for feature requests and initiatives. You will leverage your knowledge of Salesforce to work with designated technical resources to identify and document detailed requirements, architect solutions, and design and drive completion of initiatives making sure overall usability of the system is improved. The successful candidate must have experience in managing Salesforce projects, vendor management, and budget control with a strong emphasis on ensuring successful planning and delivery. The Salesforce Project Manager will also be required to oversee and guide the work tasks and deliverables to ensure successful implementations. As the Salesforce Project Manager, you will… Use your Salesforce knowledge and experience to translate business requirements into solid, technical Salesforce solutions Respond to inquiries and requests from users for technical CRM-related assistance and manage/escalate support process with the appropriate resources as needed Communicate and provide transparency on project status for a range of stakeholders Thoroughly document meetings including action items, communicate delivery dates and open items needing further work or follow-up; Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately for the project Be technology literate and able to adopt new technologies quickly Be skilled at data migration, integration, and mapping Coordinate testing and ensure the solution meets the business requirement Negotiate with vendors and hold them accountable to delivery Required skills + experience we look for are… 5-7 years in a similar role, with demonstration of managing a Salesforce platform, Lightning experience preferred Deep understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities; integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder management experience Ability to deal with ambiguity Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
