Acumen Solutions is hiring Salesforce Project Managers in our London, UK location.

Specific Duties

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Responsible for overall project delivery and day-to-day relationship with client project manager
• Model and provide leadership to project team and client for both current and future project activities and outcomes
• Create and manage open, collaborative, and productive client interactions
• Track, manage, and drive issues to closure
• Experience managing client and project team expectations and deliverables in a consulting environment
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope
• Reviews deliverable quality as prepared by team for presentation and delivery to client
• Effectively applies Acumen Solutions? DRIVE methodology and enforces project standards
• Prepares for and leads engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
• Experience with Agile methodologies on large-scale complex software development projects
• Project Management experience across successful solution delivery set; CRM implementations, mobile transformation, custom software development, and/or data analytics/BI
• Identify, track, and mitigate key project risks

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• 5+ years managing IT projects dealing with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile preferred
• Experience working within an established PMO process
• Experience managing 3rd party implementation vendors

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce (SFDC) CRM end-to-end solutions
• Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SmartSheet, Pivotal Tracker, Jira, Rally)
