Project Manage complex in-house/third-party software applications that support business processes and information needs.

Delivers moderately complex Salesforce solutions. Leads the technical team in Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents moderately complex application solutions that meet defined business requirements and meets the enterprise performance and architecture standards. This includes but is not limited to customized coding, software integration, analysis, configuring solutions. Monitors and reports on robust unit testing and provides support for subsequent release testing. Provides escalated support for applications in production. Works independently and provides direction in the development and maintenance of solutions as well as participates in various phases of the development life cycle. Applies an understanding of key business processes and practical experience to solve a range of straightforward problems. Analyzes possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents. Works under minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Competencies:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or Business Administration-related field or equivalent education and related training
2. Eight years of overall professional experience, including three years of project management experience, preferably in an Agile or Lean organization, and six years of eBusiness or Information Technology experience
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Skilled in team facilitation
5. Proficiency with using Microsoft Project and Rally to manage projects
6. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
7. Ability to travel, occasionally overtime

Preferred Skills:

• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager. 3+ years specifically devoted to Salesforce/APEX project management development.
• Experience integrating 3rd party systems using web services.
• Understands and leverages the Salesforce provided APIs, and designs solutions being mindful of cloud-based constraints, such as governor limits.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud as well as portal features.
• Ability to solve problems in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents
• Ability to communicate complex information in straightforward situations.
• Experience participating in IT projects.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills.
• 5+ years of experience in project management of building/customizing Salesforce.com applications
• Experience in Agile development.
• Banking & Financial Services experience.
