Job Description Ability to work effectively with Salesforce admins, Developers, Sales Representatives and Business Management to deliver technology solutions Work within and Across teams to prioritize, plan and execute the development Schedule for Salesforce projects Should be able to perform POC implementation, proactive towards research, comparing competitive technologies and providing the reports for the same Handle delivery risks, issues, documentation and changes related to Salesforce Development initiatives Experience with Project Management tools like Wrike and JIRA Key member of CRM Team to develop business and data requirements. Works closely with all Business e.g. ISO Sales, Location, claims etc. to understand business workflow and requirements to translate into Development requirements Works closely with acquisitions and ISO subsidiaries to bring onto enterprise system including demonstrations, understanding of business requirements, data reconciliation, cleanup, Org migrations and import coordination from previous/existing system Should provide hands-on training to all end-users. Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify training needs and create appropriate training plans and materials Critical member of project team to implement all service packs, upgrades, server changes Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned including production of end-month Sales reports and other ad hoc reports as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required Minimum of three years of experience as Salesforce.com Administrator required- *Candidates without will NOT be considered Minimum three years of experience as Scrum Master in Agile Software Development Must have a solid understanding of business processes Excellent analytical ability and strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills required Ability to develop Training Programs and should be able to train the end users #LI-JB1 Additional Information Verisk Analytics is an equal opportunity employer.
