A global End User are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join their team and play a key role in building out their new Salesforce Centre of Excellence (Service Cloud).

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with stakeholders to establish the needs of the business, as well as managing their expectations and setting agreed objectives
• Managing a team to deliver complex Salesforce projects on time and to budget, motivating and influencing team members to be accountable and achieve success
• Taking responsibility for the people and defining project objectives and deliverables across the full lifecycle - delivering to targeted cost, timescale, and quality parameters
• Identifying potential risks and developing solutions to manage them

Key Requirements

• Project Management experience on the Salesforce Platform (Service Cloud experience essential)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to negotiate for project delivery success
• Experience of project planning, issue, risk and change management
• Demonstrated experience of delivering projects to budget, on time, and at quality
• Experience of coaching, developing and managing teams of at least 10 to 20 people
• Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder management
• Experience securing new projects - contributing to proposals, creating propositions, and presenting these to clients
