Key Responsibilities

* Liaising with stakeholders to establish the needs of clients, as well as managing their expectations and setting agreed objectives

* Managing a team to deliver complex Salesforce projects on time and to budget, motivating and influencing team members to be accountable and achieve success

* Taking responsibility for the people and defining project objectives and deliverables across the full lifecycle - delivering to targeted cost, timescale, and quality parameters

* Identifying potential risks and developing solutions to manage them

Key Requirements

* Project Management experience on the Salesforce Platform

* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

* Experience within service cloud

* Experience of project planning, issue, risk and change management

* Demonstrated experience of delivering projects to budget, on time, and at quality

* Experience of coaching, developing and managing teams of at least 15 to 20 people

* Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder management

* Experience securing new projects - contributing to proposals, creating propositions, and presenting these to clients
