Purpose of the role
Client is seeking a Salesforce.com Solution Lead to support the implementation and extension of our Field Service cloud for our professional services group within Global Customer Service. Ideal candidates will have experience implementing and supporting Salesforce ecosystems (extensive experience with Sales, Service, Field Service, or Community cloud is required). This role will be joining a healthy and high-functioning Agile team that has been working together for the past few years. Directly reporting to the Product Owner and Manager leading this inflight implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and refine program backlog.
- Mentor team members on Field Service Cloud functionality
- Develop solutions and turn them into user stories.
- Lead workshops including business process reviews, discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and design sessions.
- Map current and future state technology process maps in Visio and PowerPoint.
- Work with architects to build the designed Salesforce Field Service solution
- Articulate to stakeholders the value of recommended solutions.
- Perform analysis of complex business information including business and technical requirements, process models, user stories, and process gaps.
- Suggest Salesforce development best practices to drive business transformation.
- Requirements analysis: collaborates with stakeholders and product teams to break down large stories into features and user stories that can be understood by development team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years Salesforce.com Sales, Service, Field Service, Communities (at least 2)
- 5+ years Salesforce experience
Preferred Experience:
- Salesforce consulting experience
- Salesforce.com Service, Field, and Communities
- Experience working with medical device/healthcare companies
