Salesforce Project Manager

Requirements:

• Maintain and refine program backlog
• Mentor team members on Field Service Cloud functionality
• Develop solutions and turn them into user stories
• Lead workshops including business process reviews, discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and design sessions
• Map current and future state technology process maps in Visio and PowerPoint
• Work with architects to build the designed Salesforce Field Service solution
• Articulate to stakeholders the value of recommended solutions
• Perform analysis of complex business information including business and technical requirements, process models, user stories, and process gaps
• Suggest Salesforce development best practices to drive business transformation
• Requirements analysis: collaborates with stakeholders and product teams to break down large stories into features and user stories that can be understood by development team

Must Have:

• Salesforce experience – min. 5 years
• Project Management experience – min. 5 years
• Experience leading/driving program solutions – min. 5 years
• PMP nice to have

Qualifications:

• 5+ years Salesforce.com Sales, Service, Field Service, Communities (at least 2)
• 5+ years Salesforce experience

Preferred Experience:

• Salesforce consulting experience
• Salesforce.com Service, Field, and Communities
• Experience working with medical device/healthcare companies
