Join Rally Health as a Salesforce Project Manager where you will help guide technical projects towards completion. You will lead Scrum Teams typically made up of 8-10 people across: Product, Engineering, PMO, XD, and Partners. As part of the PMO Group, you will report to the Director of Project Management and work with multiple groups to promote project completion.

You will:

• Lead Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud development efforts and partner team-inspired projects (Client Activation, Growth office, Consumer/Client Support, Marketing, Product Knowledge).
• Encourage coordination across project plans
• Lead process considerations and the impact on downstream working groups
• Track updated accomplishments, landmarks, important issues and change controls
• Establish and lead working group meetings
• Manage weekly project status and executive reporting
• Work with all partners

You have:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in project management
• You are enthusiastic, willing to identify disorganization and bring the right partners together to promote clarity of purpose
• Experience working with Salesforce and other CRM/Service tools
• Experience managing Kanban, Scrum, and other project types
• Experience working with Atlassian's Jira, Confluence, and Google Apps
