We are currently seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US). NTT Data is seeking aSalesforce Project Manager accountable for the overall successful execution of a project from initiation to production Go Live. Duties Responsibilities Develop project timelines and project plans. Establish and enforce project governance for communications, status reporting, decision making, escalations, time reporting, risk management, issue management, document repository, etc. Track and report team progress against timelines and plans Remove blockers that interrupt team flow and progress. Escalate blockers when assistance is needed from outside of the team Track and mange project budget performance. Review and approve time, expenses, and invoices in NTT systems Maintain and manage RAIDD log of risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and decisions. Lead regular risk identification and mitigation workshops over the course of the project. Prepare weekly and monthly status reports to communicate project status to NTT and client leaders and executive management. Communicate impactful issues and risks for awareness. Escalate issues and risks when assistance from outside the team is needed. Facilitate project status, issue resolution, and decision-making meetings. Coordinate resource assignments, project setup in NTT systems, time tracking, onboarding, and offboarding Ensure team delivers per the SOW. Track the completion of all deliverables. Identify deviations from SOW requirements and assumptions and raise change orders as needed Train team on project management tools and processes in use by the team. Basic Qualifications Minimum of three years Salesforce Project Management experience Prior experience working on projects following a software development methodology, such as Agile or Waterfall Prior experience using Agile Project Management tools, such as JIRA, Rally, HP Agile Manager etc. Experience working with various levels of an organization, from Project team members up to and including Leadership Degree Bacheloraposs Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline Nice to haves Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Salesforce Certifications nice-to-have Traveltravel to Atlanta, GA required per project demand About NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
