Analyze the Statement of Work (SOW) for the system implementation contract and other contract documentation associated with the project
Analyze the implementation vendor’s project documentation and software deliverables
Analyze and expand upon prior health check(s) and/or assessment(s) of the system
Create reports and deliver presentations to the Senior Leadership Team communicating facts, opinions and recommendations regarding the viability of project delivery
Perform other tasks associated with planning and executing the replacement of the legacy system
Work activities
Coordinate and perform quality assurance, auditing and independent verification and validation activities on a complex legacy system replacement initiative.
Advise client and project teams on approach alternatives based on best practices and appropriate application of methodologies.
Serve as an independent third-partyadvisor in the best interests of the project.
Review project contract documentation including but not limited to SOWs, Requirements Compliance Matrices and Change Orders

Review the following project artifacts, in context with Salesforce recommended practices:

 System Design Documents
 Data models
 Implementation Process descriptions
 Release Management Strategy
 Data Migration Strategy
 Integration Strategy
 Testing Strategy
 Security Model/Strategy
 Other artifacts as needed

Review configurations and code within the City’s Salesforce org for this project

Assess and evaluate processes and approaches in the context of both short and long-term project goals.
Make and document observations and related recommendations for improvements in both informal and formal communication, written and verbal.
Participate in project meetings as required to perform the work.
Review and provide feedback on opportunities for improvement within project deliverables as assigned.
