Educators of America Inc is a 501(c)(3) educational and research nonprofit organization headquartered in Buffalo, NY with additional operations in Nevada and Virginia. Our programs service stakeholders in Namibia, The United Kingdom, and The United States. Educators of America increases student achievement by connecting teachers with the training and technology they need. We bring resources and infrastructure to schools in the developing world for deserving communities through our Building Hope Campaign and offer our Building Cultural Bridges program to connect students in the United States with their peers in Africa. Position Description

Our Salesforce project manager is an individual with an in-depth understanding of cloud computing, application of cloud computing within a business and expertise in using the Salesforce platform.

The role of a Salesforce project manager is to work with the Director of Business Development and Executive Director on developing and building out the purpose and functionality of Salesforce within our organization. If you have utilized Salesforce with a large organization, currently administer Salesforce with any organization, and understand the best possible use cases for the platform, this assignment is for you.

We are flexible and understanding. If you work for another organization full time and are looking for extra duties and opportunity, this role is for you.

Required Qualifications

- Associate degree in business administration, information technology, or equivalent

- Interest in the Nonprofit sector

- Strong interest in self-improvement and continuous learning

Desired Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in business administration, information technology, or equivalent

- Experience with Salesforce implementations and user acceptance

COVID-19 considerations:
We are all working remotely during the global pandemic. We anticipate the Salesforce Project Manger role will be a remote position, permanently. That being said, there might be occasional (less than 2x annual) in person meetings.
