Salesforce Project Manager

- Experience working within an established PMO process
- Exposure to managing 3rd party implementation vendors and 3rd party support vendors
- Experience in designing and developing software
- At least 2 years of Salesforce project management experience
- Demonstrate analytical and qualitative abilities
- Participation in each phase of at least 4 full Salesforce lifecycle implementations
- Management and successful delivery of all phases of at least 2-10 Salesforce implementations for a workstream
- At least have a minimum 2 years of Salesforce project management experience
- Management of Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach for a workstream
- Deep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements for a workstream
- Responsible for the deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality for a workstream
- Develops, reviews and approves project plan(s) and scope; ensuring all facets of the project deliverables are met for a workstream
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client for a workstream
- Identifies and manages project risk for a workstream
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately for a workstream
- Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate for a workstream
- A proven ability to learn new products, develop functional knowledge and apply new skills in a high paced environment - A strong teamwork ethic is essential
- 2- 5 years managing IT projects dealing with Software Development Life Cycle – SDLC
- Salesforce Certifications
- At least 2 years of Salesforce Project Management Experience - Agile methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills
- Significant consulting/client facing experience including Director Level and above
Required Skills and Experience:
The IT Transformation/Project Manager plans and steers projects. He develops solutions for complex functional and/or organizational problems. The solutions consider existing structures, best practice methods and their financial impact (both within and without the project itself), adapted to the individual client situation. He is a competent point of contact for the customer’s middle management. The IT Transformation Manager isn´t only a trusted adviser but also acts as a selective coach. He supports reviews and audits; documenting and sharing acquired practical knowledge. He guarantees the quality of his results through broad knowledge of appropriate methods, clients, sectors and technology. For his division he contributes his knowledge and generates new offers for customers out of his project environment.
Qualification:
- 6-12 years of experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
- Should be proficient in Business Change Management, Industrialization, Architecture Knowledge and Vendor Management
- Should have progressing skills on Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting
