Role        : Salesforce Project Manager

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 6+ months/ Contract to Hire

Visa: Independent Visa Only

Interview Mode:  Phone and Skype

Requirement:

• 9+ years of related work experience
• 5+ year(s) of experience with Salesforce
• Experience in Marketing cloud and Health Cloud
• Experience with business process and data flow diagrams a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Must have high attention to detail, be well organized and be a self-starter.
• Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions)
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and using Jira tool will be added advantage
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Responsibilities:

• Support operational projects, including documentation of requirements and process flows
• Author training guides and provide ad hoc training to Salesforce users to help expand knowledge and adoption
• Manage data quality through ongoing data audits and remediate process gaps that contribute to bad data
• Represent the Twitch Global Infrastructure team and advocate our goals when collaborating with IT and external Salesforce developers
• Organize clear communication channels with external teams to promulgate information efficiently
• Track current project status updates and escalate roadblock issues
• Maintain and distribute reports to develop executive dashboards
• Lead User Acceptance Testing once development has concluded and review changes with impacted teams before deployment
• Partner with our teams to Identify new business process improvements and prioritize needs as well as delivery timelines
