Title: Salesforce QA Analyst

Location: Midtown Manhattan (Remote for at least the next few months; must be able to be in office when deemed appropriate)

Must Have Skills

• 4+ years of manual QA testing experience
• 2+ years working in Salesforce application QA/testing capacity (web-based)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Business Analyst skills (gathering requirements, documentation, producing business process flows/design specifications)
• Experience working with end users and conducting UAT (role-based testing, negative testing, regression testing)
  
  

Pluses

• Understanding or previous experience with Salesforce development
• Exposure to other enterprise tools (NetSuite, Workday, Adaptive, MuleSoft, Zendesk, Jira, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools & technologies
• Experience working in a large-scale, global environment

Job Type: Contract-to-perm

Salary Cap/Rate: $60/hr, w2 (Fulltime conversion after 6m at +/- 100k)
