Salesforce QA Test Lead - Platinum Partner - London

We are working with a well-renowned platinum partner in London with one of the strongest Salesforce project pipeline in the region. They are working with multiple products/applications and have exposed their employees to countless cross-cloud integrations and multiple AppExchange solutions

This is an ideal role for any senior level tester or existing leads who have managed a team of junior testers. You must be keen on taking your current position to the next stages. Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for QA/Testing policies and practices

Responsible for ensuring testing best practice being used across the portfolio

Guide and support colleagues in our testing processes and practices

Establish and oversee test processes for each project in the portfolio

Create and agree test plans for each project in the portfolio

Hands on testing of functionality

Experience of testing software within agile project environments

Experience of using Jira and Confluence

Experience of leading other QA/testers

Experience of coaching colleagues in testing best practice and processes
