Key skills-

-Strong Salesforce Service cloud or Health cloud background with 3-5 years of experience.

-At least 1 successful full implementation of Salesforce Service cloud/Health cloud

-Good understanding of the underlying Salesforce architecture

-CI/CD for release management in Salesforce environment

-UI/API Test Automation

Smoke testing as a part of release automation

-Experience building automation experience across multiple tools – open source and commercial

• Selenium (1yr) or
• Tosca experience (1yr hands on)

-Good understanding of validating API performance using automation/PT tools

-Experience building “headless” automation – Test Automation using APIs and not just UI.
