Are you ready to be a change-maker? We are currently seeking highly a skilled Salesforce Release Manager with experience in large end-to-end implementations of Salesforce. We are seeking out the best problem-solvers, idea-makers, and high-energy Salesforce professionals for our fast-growing practice area. Responsibilities: Define and implement a standardized deployment process that delivers patches, minor enhancements and major releases Automate whenever possible, optimizing efficiency and quality of delivery, including managing resources to implement automation tools Facilitate release activities across all Salesforce development teams, ensuring easy and timely deployments across environments (e. g. Salesforce. com) Facilitate release activities for the Salesforce CRM project Set and manage to consistent deployment schedules, accounting for any dependencies and risks along the way; identify issues and perform root-cause analysis to ensure they are not repeated. Define and manage change control process for development, where quality is ensured in a fast-paced, iterative environment Define release readiness criteria and ensure all changes meet criteria prior to deployment Work with developers to co-ordinate resolution of merge conflicts, deployment errors and meet code coverage criteria Track release metrics to drive improvement and report successes/failures to stakeholders Basic Qualifications : At least 5 years of experience in Release Management and Change Management At least 5 years of experience in JIRA or ServiceNow etc. as a ticketing tool. Experience with implementation and maintenance of SDLC tools like JIRA. Experience designing configuring and customizing new applications and modules in any SDLC/project management tool. Experience troubleshooting issues pertaining to release management Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of DevOps methodology and Salesforce DevOps implementation will be an added plus An advanced degree is a plus.
