Interview Mode PhoneVideo Call Approximate Duration 6 month contract with possibility to extend A scrum master oversees the ScrumAgile development method. He is responsible for ensuring that the members of the Scrum team follow the Scrum Method, resolving roadblockimpediments, schedulingrunning the Scrum ceremonies, and updating Jira to accurately reflect the current status of the teamrsquos progress. A salesforce developer is competent in the Salesforce platform. He is responsible for support and enhancing applications on the Salesforce platform. Duties Responsibilities Scrum Master Run ceremonies by ensuring team members stay on topic and that the meetings donrsquot run past the given time limit. Resolve roadblocks and impediments by following up daily on stated problems and reaching out to the appropriate people who can help resolve the issue. Instruct team members on the Scrum Agile process. Keep Jira updated. Ensuring each item has the appropriate status, description, and giving comments when needed, and submitting bi-weekly reports to client. Salesforce Developer. Take on enhancements in the form of Jira items and complete them within the estimate given. Take on support tickets in ServiceNow and complete them within the SLA. Maintain required documentation on the enhancement side (Component Check-list, Release notes, Application manual, etchellip) and submit them to the offshore lead. Qualifications (1) minimum or required qualifications Experience 1-2 years of professional experience involving working on an Agile team and developing and implementing enhancements on the Salesforce Platform. Education Bachelorrsquos degree in Computer Information systems Certification Platform Developer 1 Technical Requirements Experience with Apex, Visual Force, SOQL and declarative programming. (2) preferred qualifications Experience 5+ years of professional experience involving Scrum focused leadership for a development team and developing and implementing enhancements on the Salesforce Platform. Certification Salesforce Administrator Certification Certified Scrum Master Technical Requirements Experience with Lightning AbilitiesSkills Experience with ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence
