Job Summary The Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator will be part of Global Digital and CRM organization and will support Panorama. Panorama brings a broader perspective and new possibilities to the world of travel. The Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator is primarily responsible for the post-deployment operational support, administration and performance tracking for RCI’s instance of Service Cloud. The Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator will work alongside their fellow Admins to understand and proactively monitor all aspects of the Service Cloud configuration once functionality has been deployed. Where applicable and necessary, she/he will collaborate with internal/external Salesforce architects/ integrators/crowdsource solutions and/or other internal data/technical associates when the complexity of identified solutions warrants it. The successful candidate will work with key stakeholders (Member Services Operations team members, Service Cloud Success team members, and other stakeholders) to support Member Services in the post-deployment phase of Service Cloud functionality. She/he may execute configuration changes derived from specific RCI initiatives or resulting from Salesforce platform releases/upgrades only as requested by Salesforce Admin team. The successful candidate will partner with business and technical partners to iterate previously released functionality to leverage Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance external and internal customer experiences and drive business benefits. This position aides in the successful adoption and business benefit realization as a result of previously implemented innovation across the service cloud platform that will help drive RCI growth through increased new members, raised member share of wallet and lifting overall member retention. Job Responsibilities Monitoring and support of Service Cloud in support of strategic/tactical business requirements and objectives Daily administration and support of Cases and other objects in the Service Cloud database, including but not limited to managing a multiple user setup, profiles and roles, as well as possible modifications to fields, record types, page layouts and validations Develop reports, dashboards and processes to monitor adoption, quality and efficiency of user experience, data quality and integrity Create and document application requirements processes, policies, and application configuration by working together with those involved in the development of program enhancements and changes including outside consultants as needed Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements. Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements Network with external value add providers, other corporate salesforce user groups to build internal knowledge of best practices Assist with the development of training programs for new associates Contribute to driving user adoption through improved user experience designs Maintain strong knowledge of Salesforce innovation and best practices Minimum Requirements and Qualifications Job Experience Must have at least 1 year of experience using Salesforce Service Cloud Preferred candidate has experience building reports/dashboards, managing list views, managing email templates, managing quick text, and/or other declarative administration tasks Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business Technology or related field Knowledge and Skills Experience with customer reporting, modifying pages, views and dashboards preferred Creative thinking style combined with a strong technical aptitude Ability to work/meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written skills Creative thinker / problem solver Strong ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities Superb planning skills Training Requirements Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certificate or completion of equivalent Salesforce Trailhead badges is required. Travel Requirements Limited travel to training events, project kick offs, as required. Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
