We have an immediate project opportunity in the Columbus, OH area for a SalesForce Service Cloud Administrator role.

For this position, the responsibilities will consist of performing day-to-day support and maintenance of the Salesforce platform; making approved changes to process and workflows, configuring changes, activate plug-ins, working directly with end users to resolve support issues.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. Must possess experience administering and supporting Salesforce along with integrating Salesforce into 3rd party tools; leveraging existing API's or developing new API's and Salesforce certified Admin (required).
