Role: Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

Location: Columbus, IN

Duration: 6-12 Months

Required Skills:

5+ years of strong Salesforce development experience Hands-on Lightning Development experience Ability to clearly communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel Strong practical knowledge of Lightning(Aura & Web), Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, Apex Triggers, Apex Web services, SOQL & SOSL, and APIs. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs. Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications via real time and batch processes. Experience with JavaScript, JQuery. Self-motivated individual that collaborates well with other technical and non-technical staff to accomplish project objectives. Strong troubleshooting skills.

Certifications

Service Cloud Consultant (Must Have)

Field Service Lightning certification (Preferred)
