Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

Responsibilities: Salesforce developer role engaged in the design, development, and support for applications developed in Salesforce Service Cloud and Communities. This resource would be the primary technical resource: consulted on user interface design; more directly designing the overall organization architecture, data modeling, and security aspects; performing the necessary back-end development (i.e. custom coding) and supporting configuration (e.g. complicated formulas in workflow actions). This resource may work with more junior developers and would coordinate their tasks.

Required Skills: Salesforce.com Service Cloud;Salesforce.com Communities;Salesforce.com APEX Development;Salesforce.com Lightning

Preferred Skills: 3+ years of experience in Salesforce, with experience in the following areas: -

 Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience particularly in the Lightning User Interface, Service Cloud and Salesforce Communities modules - Hands on Salesforce configuration and customizations experience with Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Scheduled and Batch classes, etc. - Hands on experience using integration techniques including REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On. - Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like GIT, Jenkins, JIRA etc. - Understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools like ANT, Change Sets and Force.com IDE. - Familiarity with GovCloud - Preference for candidates who are Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer Level I and/or II
