Job Title: Salesforce Service Cloud Functional Consultant/Business Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: Long Term Contract
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
As a Salesforce and FSL subject matter expert, you will provide expert
guidance and strategic direction to the implementation and application
maintenance team
You will gather requirements, prototype solutions based on Service
Cloud and Field Service lightning and run workshops to understand
user and customer journeys in this area
You will be a part of COE and will advise on best practices to use
Service cloud
You will advise, prototype and gather requirements on scenarios
where Einstein prediction builder and next best action can be used in
Service cloud
You will develop prototypes and advise the team on how to best use
the dispatching and scheduling capabilities of Field service
You’ll be responsible for developing our FSL delivery methodology so
we can deliver repeated success to clients
You’ll bring experience and best practice from previous experience of
owning the delivery of FSL projects and/or teams
You’ll understand the key players in the FSL space delivered on the
force.com platform
Why you?
· You’ll have at least 4-5+ years of Salesforce experience
delivering Service cloud and Field Service solutions built on
force.com such as Field Service Lightning or ClickSoftware.
Exposure to complimentary Salesforce products such as Sales
Cloud and CPQ are desirable
You’ll have at least 3+ years working on large complex end user
or client projects involving field service solutions built on
force.com
You will be a Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning
Consultant
Deep functional and configuration knowledge or experience
with Salesforce Service Cloud and FSL solutions with
Salesforce FSL
A track record of successful complex implementations that
leverage extensive functions within the FSL platform built on
force.com
Proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues,
concepts and solutions to clients and executive project stakeholders.
Additional knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Detail-oriented, organized, and possess good writing and communication
skills
Ability to operate effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-
paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent mentor and coach
Academic Qualifications
A four-year degree or more in Computer Science, BSEE, MIS or a related
field
Salesforce Service cloud certification, Field Service certification
