We are currently seeking a highly skilled Service Line Specialists who will have the ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness to travel for client engagements as needed. Responsibilities: Drive sales across existing and new clients with expertise in the latest trends including Cloud, Digital, Modernization, and Automation. Balance client and project responsibilities with business development and sales responsibilities including identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities that align with their specialties. Actively involved in growing the service line’s footprint and assisting the Client Partner to engage clients with service line opportunities. Responsible for overseeing high quality delivery while developing strategies and tactics for further penetration of accounts in addition to cross-selling Cognizant’s emerging services. Support the Client Partner in achieving “trusted advisor” status with a mix of strategic and tactical management experience. Building business cases and ROI analysis for the proposals. End-to-end ownership of opportunities and deals. Work closely with the Verticals (Business Unit Heads, Client Partners, Customer Relationship Managers), as well as Solution Architects to promote collaboration and provide the best solutions for clients. Responsible for quarterly and annual sales targets e.g., Revenue, Total Contract Value (Won), Margin and Customer Satisfaction Required Qualifications: At least 5 years of Salesforce experience. At least 5 years of pre-sales experience, preferably carrying a sales quota or target. Effective client-facing presence, demonstration skills and communication. Willing and able to travel extensively. Must have significant industry experience in one or more of the following: Life Sciences (including Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and/or Biotech), Manufacturing & Logistics, High-Tech, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Hospitality/Travel Preferred Qualifications: An advanced degree is an advantage Any certifications in Salesforce is a plus.
