4.5| ||Full-time|2 hours ago| Full Job Description Dignari, LLC is seeking a Salesforce SME to join our expanding business. This position is located on-site with our client in the Washington, DC Metro Area. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall delivery of all Salesforce IT tasks and solutions on the program and will do so in coordination with the Program Manager and technical project managers. Act as SME for Salesforce implementation on behalf of the client Integrate Salesforce within existing Federal Agency applications. Collaborate with vendors on best practices and approaches. Experienced with Salesforce Lightning. Strong practical deployment knowledge of Lightning components, VisualForce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, Reports and Dashboard and AppExchange deployment. Knowledge of information technology frameworks and methodologies, including Reference Architectures and Architecture Patterns. Manage and provide technical guidance as applicable across the program and be open to provide hands-on support as needed. Identify and establish program objectives with close coordination with the agency stakeholders. Identify, track, and manage project risks, communications, plans, and resources while providing weekly and monthly status updates to both the client and Program Manager. Work with the Federal Agency architecture team to define technical development guidelines and security guidelines for Salesforce based applications. Work closely with the Federal Agency infrastructure support team to ensure optimal system configuration, performance, and reliability to meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Provide customer management support to include tracking and addressing customer requests related to program objectives. Manage the Service Console application and Lightning Knowledge implementation. Provide guidance on master data management associated with Salesforce, including data capture, warehousing, storing, cleansing, and security. Support acquisition renewal process. Conduct training on the Salesforce integration with Federal Agency stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree. Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment at a Government facility. 5 years of experience with Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functional and application design. 5 years Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS US Citizenship required. Active DOD Secret or Federal Agency Public Trust preferred. Ability to obtain Federal Agency suitability clearance required.
