Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Solution Architect

Location: San Ramon, CA (REMOTE During COVID)

Duration: 12 months with high possibility of extension

Key roles and responsibilities include:

• Expertise in Digital Marketing and highly proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL.
• Responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts, business analysts, and developers to solution and deliver Marketing Cloud Projects.
• Responsible for gathering business requirements, functional design, process design (including flow mapping and customer journeys), configuration, testing, training and defining support procedures
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and support of Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Web Studio, Personalization Builder, Analytics Builder, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connector, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Reporting, initial instance setup and configuration including SAP,setting up preference centers and AMPScript

• Participate in and sometimes lead client facing discovery sessions, project kickoff meetings and ongoing project status meetings to provide quality solutions for our Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects
• Develop technical design documentation based on functional and stakeholder requirements
• Collaborate with project management team to ensure alignment and communication of project status or issues

Requirements

• Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
• Demonstrated your skills across the different components of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Journey Builder, Email Studio, Social Studio, Mobile Studio, etc.
• Experience in a client-facing role with developing and delivering Salesforce solutions
• Demonstrated ability for analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong consulting and marketing technology implementation experience.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, quickly involving environment
• Experience delivering projects using Agile based methodology
• Strong written and presentation communication skills
• Ability to prioritize with a team of consultants
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification(s) preferred but not required. Experience is more important!
