Responsibilities:

• Understanding the software engineering life cycle for development, and the concepts and practices required
  to implement effective information systems
  
• Manage End to end delivery of Classic to Lightning Migration project
  
• Provide technical guidance to the team • Coordinate with Offshore Team for all delivery related work
  
• Project Planing, communication with customer, status reporting etc.
  
• Spend some time on actual development work as needed
  
• Organize Show and Tell Sessions
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have good knowledge of Salesforce Lightning
  
• Experience from at least one Classic to Lightning migration
  
• Should be capable of proposing Salesforce Architecture, both Technical and Solution.
  
• Should have hands on experience in building applications on the Salesforce.com platform
  
• Experience from at least 3 Salesforce implementations.
  
• Knowledgeable of Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, Salesforce REST API and Data Loader
  
• Possess Salesforce Certifications in Platform Developer I and Administrator
  
• Hands on Salesforce Configuration and Customization Skill
  
• In-depth Salesforce product knowledge
  
• Effective interpersonal communication and client coordination skills
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications in Platform Developer II or Technical Architect are a plus
