We are seeking out the best problem-solvers, idea-makers, and high-energy Salesforce professionals for our fast-growing practice area. Responsibilities:
Understanding the software engineering life cycle for development, and the concepts and practices required
to implement effective information systems
Manage End to end delivery of Classic to Lightning Migration project
Provide technical guidance to the team · Coordinate with Offshore Team for all delivery related work
Project Planing, communication with customer, status reporting etc.
Spend some time on actual development work as needed
Organize Show and Tell Sessions

Basic Qualifications :
Must have good knowledge of Salesforce Lightning
Experience from at least one Classic to Lightning migration
Should be capable of proposing Salesforce Architecture, both Technical and Solution.
Should have hands on experience in building applications on the Salesforce.com platform
Experience from at least 3 Salesforce implementations.
Knowledgeable of Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, Salesforce REST API and Data Loader
Possess Salesforce Certifications in Platform Developer I and Administrator
Hands on Salesforce Configuration and Customization Skill
In-depth Salesforce product knowledge
Effective interpersonal communication and client coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications in Platform Developer II or Technical Architect are a plus
