Job Requirements: 

• 15+ years of IT experience and minimum 8+ years of Salesforce experience is required
• Experience in designing and developing Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Strong Communication skill is mandatory
• End to End implementation experience with the Salesforce platform 
• Experience in transformational projects will be preferred
• 3+ years of Lightning Development experience is mandatory
• Ability to understand the architecture and design and get the implementation done with the team
• Integration experience using both Web based technologies (Soap, Rest) and Integration/Middleware tools such as Informatica, Jitterbit and MuleSoft will be a plus
• Knowledge of options and how to handle security requirements such as single sign on and data security
• Ability to set high standards and work with team to guide and review the deliverables and ensure high quality
• Working with Business executive and leadership is required
• Salesforce certification is Mandatory
