Job Requirements:
- 15+ years of IT experience and minimum 8+ years of Salesforce experience is required
- Experience in designing and developing Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Strong Communication skill is mandatory
- End to End implementation experience with the Salesforce platform
- Experience in transformational projects will be preferred
- 3+ years of Lightning Development experience is mandatory
- Ability to understand the architecture and design and get the implementation done with the team
- Integration experience using both Web based technologies (Soap, Rest) and Integration/Middleware tools such as Informatica, Jitterbit and MuleSoft will be a plus
- Knowledge of options and how to handle security requirements such as single sign on and data security
- Ability to set high standards and work with team to guide and review the deliverables and ensure high quality
- Working with Business executive and leadership is required
- Salesforce certification is Mandatory
