Technical/Functional Skills      

•             Salesforce Technical , Solution Architect

•             Custom applications using Apex, Visualforce

•             Integration of systems & data migration activities

•             Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Force.com platform Experience

•             Data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products,

Experience Required    

•             Experience in creating unique solutions leveraging the full power of the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Force.com platform Experience

•             End-to-End Salesforce implementations experience

•             Expertise including integrations and data migration

•             Experience in designing integration architecture using ESB or ETL tools in accordance with Salesforce guidelines and best practices

•             Exposure in implementation of system architecture considering the internal and external corporate firewalls

•             Handling roles such as Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Technical lead, Project Lead, and developer

Roles & Responsibilities             

•             Attend all workshops

•             Transition of functional pieces of information to the dev team

•             Update the Functional design elements and provide KT to the development & testing team

•             Lead and own all functional aspects of the Salesforce implementation and / or customizations

•             Provide through guidance and consultation in Design , Development

Generic Managerial Skills          

•             Lead all technical aspects of development, including data setup, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and custom development

•             Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement)

•             Provide the necessary guidance to estimate user stories

•             Clarify any ambiguity with the user story requirements and baseline the estimation
