- Support sales and pre-sales activities including; creating proposed solution approach, estimating, providing input to proposals and SOWs. .

- Participate in business and functional requirements sessions to understand the business needs. .

- Possess an overall understanding of the project solution from a functional perspective. .

- Provide effort estimates for Salesforce tasks. .

- Provide recommendations and options for solution design in terms of Salesforce configuration and AppExchange products. .

- Design the end-to-end solution based on collaboration with Cloud Consultants and other Platform Architects on the project. .

- Write the Solution Design document. .

- Conduct solution design reviews with stakeholders and team. .

- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to support ongoing Backlog grooming and story decomposition .

- Provide oversight & guidance to the build team during the development phase of a project solution. .

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues .

- Review the configurations completed by team and verify they adhere to Salesforce best practices. .

- Manage scope by ensuring requirements, design, and approach are within the scope of the SOW and communicate any variations to project leaders for input to the change control process. .

- Collaborate with Deployment Analyst to ensure repeatable deployment process is documented. .

Qualifications: .

- 5+ years of overall consulting experience .

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience .

- Salesforce Certifications: Admin & App Builder required; Advanced Admin, Sales, Service and/or Community Cloud preferable .

- 3-5 years' experience of designing and delivering solutions in the Salesforce platform .

- 3-5 years' experience with Salesforce Data Security/Sharing Model .

- 3-5 years' experience with Salesforce APIs and their specific usages .

- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills .

- Excellent written and oral communication skills . .

- Salesforce Health Cloud (Payer) experience a plus.

- Knowledge of sales process for commercial and government health plans.
