Are you ready to be a change-maker? We are currently seeking highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architects with experience in large end-to-end implementations of Salesforce. We are seeking out the best problem-solvers, idea-makers, and high-energy Salesforce professionals for our fast-growing practice area. Responsibilities:
• Development of Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud applications in a single org structure, ultimately supporting a 360-degree view of the customer
• Develop capabilities using declarative configuration as well as creating programmatic solutions, integrating internal and 3rd party applications
• Champion and drive the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
• Establish suitable processes development, and change management activities
• Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and options that could benefit organization and strategically implement them
• Deliver highly qualified and accepted applications to user community, in accordance to Salesforce and COE guidance.
• Manage Salesforce data feeds and critical business process integrations
• Support and maintain security protocols
• Expert understanding of Salesforce Security architecture/layers

Basic Qualifications:
• At least 13 years of experience in Information Technology
• Experience with Healthcare and Health Provider disciplines
• In-depth knowledge of the core capabilities of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code and/or integration with external systems
• Experience delivering enterprise applications in large program using a SAFe Agile model.
• Experience with agile tools like CA Agile Rally or Jira to manage tasks, estimations and delivery
• Experience in designing test strategies to ensure adequate quality (e.g., code coverage; application Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications via real time and batch process (sync/async)
• Strong understanding of design principles, technically scalable data modeling, and Force.com development best practices.
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate to high complexity
• Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
• Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying needs
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
• Detail oriented and self-starter with effective written and interpersonal skills
• Creative and analytical thinker with effective problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• An advanced degree is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications would also be an advantage.
