Key Responsibilities

-Liaising with clients to understand their needs and shaping the solution in Salesforce -Running workshops, gathering requirements, working with technical and functional teams to deliver solutions -Conveying information and collaborating with stakeholders with ease -Utilising Salesforce apps from the eco system to input new functionality for clients

Key Requirements

-Good experience with Salesforce and in depth understanding of its capabilities and limitations -Sales experience is advantageous -Experience working on complex end user or client project -Demonstrable experience translating customer's needs into effective solutions -Ability to convey technical information to all audiences, including clients and project stakeholders -Experience working in agile environments
