Job Description:
Essential Job Functions
- Overarching thought leadership and Solution Architectures, that enable and release the maximum business value of Salesforce technology for our clients
- The Architect must design, develop, and articulate solutions based on a customer's strategic business and technical requirements.
- Demonstrated track record of major solution architecture contributions in a large enterprise.
- Lead the implementation with responsibility for the delivery of the architecture designs and solution strategy
- Responsible for ensuring solutions align with the Roadmap and Blueprints for each impacted domain
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (application design, architecture and development using Salesforce.com), certification preferred.
- Use deep business knowledge of Salesforce products to drive solution architecture and analysis engagement for major initiatives
- Applied knowledge of SFDC and CRM processes including Sales, Services and Marketing functions.
- Very strong leadership and influence skills - demonstrated ability to influence program partners to meet project and program objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Salesforce delivery management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle enterprise CRM engagements
- At least 3 years’ experience in a consulting environment

Extensive solution definition experience including evident experience and knowledge of -
- CRM System and Solution Architecture design (functional & technical),
- Design Thinking with emphasis on Customer Journey Mapping and Service Blueprints
- Application and Integration patterns
- Salesforce certifications, ideally Consultant or Architect certified
- Solution Architect experience on implementation projects using Agile and Iterative approach
- Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts and how they influence design
- Force.com platform experience, including the limitation of the platform (e.g. API and governor limits)
- Evaluation of Salesforce.com with 3rd party solutions
- Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns)
- Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
- Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools
Preferred
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified Sales and/or Service Cloud
- Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer
- Salesforce Lightning implementations/design experience
- Experience with SKUID
- Professional experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment, including development/staging/production (or similar) deployment cycles
- Strong organization skills
