Salesforce (SFDC) Solutions Architect

Sagepath Reply is looking for a Salesforce (SFDC) Solutions Architect with experience in design work, internal and external collaboration with clients, technical delivery, requirements gathering, process design, flow mapping, configuration, and solutioning. The individual identifies options for the client and suggests recommendations for change, as well as playing a key role in new solution implementations. The candidate should be able to influence and show leadership whilst working closely with other team members. Position is located at our office in Atlanta, GA. 

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Salesforce certification highly preferred
• At least 4+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Technical Solutions Architect
• Create a Salesforce.com digital strategy and implement that on that strategy, AS IS - TO BE.
• Assess the enterprise level CRM landscape and making recommendations on how to implement salesforce.com.
• Strong technical background including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Connector, platform security, release, identity management, reporting, and environment set up.
• Technical Solution Design, System Architecture, and Solution Proposals
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into a technical solution
• Requirement Fit Gap Analysis and Propose solution to address gaps
• Plan and Implement Data Analysis strategy
• Plan and execute Application and Data Migration Strategy
• Provide expert data migration and integration skills to come up with strategic solutions to the client to achieve the best possible outcome when transferring data on an enterprise migration.
• Business Process and Workflow Definition
• Confer with and provide support to the technical group in systems development.

Required Experience

• Experience in design work, internal and external collaboration with clients, and technical delivery
• Experience with requirements gathering, process design, flow mapping, configuration, and solutioning
• Strong background in salesforce.com with experience in Financial cloud
• Working closely with product owners to understand business requirements
• Creating user stories, gap analysis, reviewing test cases, and producing required documentation
• Understanding how Salesforce integrates with other CRM solutions and customer/business intelligence databases
• Apply system knowledge to perform impact analysis, prioritize, and expand requirements.
• Elicitation of capability requirements and roadmaps from business partners in support of partnering with Solutions Architect to establish effective future state target architectures.
