Position: Salesforce Solutions Architect

Location: Buffalo Grove (Remote until COVID is over)  

Duration: 3-6 month contract to hire  

Start Date: ASAP

Must Haves / Notes from Manger:

• 8 year’s direct experience in SDLC
• 5+ years experience in Salesforce configuration (Service Cloud) and implementing CRM systems
• Proven experience in overseeing direction, development and implementation of CRM software solutions (>2,500 seats)
• Specific knowledge of CRM SaaS products, Salesforce Service Cloud
• Strong knowledge of SCRUM methods
• Must have excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation , decision making and problem solving skills
• Experience in documenting current state business processes and wire framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML sequence diagrams etc. as well as making recommendations for future state improved process system designs

Plusses/Nice to have:

• Salesforce certification of Platform Developer I and II and/or Platform App Builder, Administrator certification, Service Cloud Consultant
• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools
• Experience working with external IT supplier and virtual teams

Day to Day:

• Salesforce Solution Architect who will be owning the solution architecture and design of complex components including integrations, security, configuration, and custom development. Work collaboratively with CVS business and scrum teams to review iterative releases of solutions and provide feedback. Mining business user stories across the enterprise enabling business capability through fit gap, user acceptance testing and business validation of delivered end to end solutions. Partnering to identify solutions to navigate challenging issues and bringing technology and business partners to the table to work through them collaboratively.
