98% Remote Job for Sales Force Solution Architect - San Francisco, CA (No H1B/CPT)

We have an immediate & urgent need for a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead a new Salesforce implementation and migrating from a Legacy CRM system. This role is a client-facing, Salesforce Solution Architect role that will be leading the client conversations, pulling requirements, documenting the Business Requirement Document, etc. This client has a strong technical team, so we need an Solution Architect that can step in and really understand their model and challenge their assumptions.
Similar migration experience is strongly preferred.

Required skills:
• First and foremost, a passion for Salesforce and helping businesses/clients succeed!
• Strong grasp of Salesforce essentials e.g. products, opportunities, leads, reporting, security/sharing, automation (workflow rules, process builder), and importing data (typically from spreadsheets)
• Strong requirements and design documentation skills are a must
• 5 plus years of experience in a consulting environment
• In-depth professional experience/background working in professional services, sales or customer support operations
• Minimum of Salesforce.com Administrator, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud certifications
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs
• Advanced experience with Salesforce.com configuration and custom development
