The candidate will be responsible for leading projects through the requirements definition and solution design phases. The candidate will be responsible for the overall solution design to meet the business requirements and fulfill user stories, and for leading a team of resources through the build, test, and deployment phases. Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a technical discipline Required Years of Experience: 7+ years, or 10+ years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education Responsibilities: The candidate must demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading and mentoring junior members of the team. Through user story definition, logical data model design, functional system design, and best-practice methodologies, you will be responsible for the detailed design of enterprise-level Salesforce and related technology projects from inception through production support. You will be responsible for providing industry best practices as a trusted adviser to key business and technology stakeholders and identifying areas of product growth. Excellent analytical, technology, communication, decision making and problem-solving skills. Recommend Salesforce.com integration strategies with different business systems including working use of leading integration tools Minimum Qualifications: Direct experience in software development life cycle using DevOps Experience integrating and configuring s-docs with Salesforce Ability to customize Salesforce platforms using Apex Expertise with Lightning Components using Javascript, HTML and CSS Expert in utilizing Salesforce Lightning Flows Application Architect with the following certifications: Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Platform App Builder Salesforce Service Cloud Salesforce Developer I Salesforce Developer II Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of CRM software solutions Strong knowledge of Salesforce software quality assurance best practices and methodologies Must have excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills Experience in enterprise-level projects using agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle Expert level understanding of Salesforce Extensive experience with customization of Salesforce Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes Experience with implementing Salesforce platform best practices Public Trust Clearance with PIV card Preferred Qualifications VA and/or Healthcare IT experience strongly preferred. Experience working on CMMI Level 3 programs. Experience with Agile Development or Software development lifecycles, requirements, and software documentation and associated Salesforce DevOps technologies/tools such as GitHub, Agile Accelerator, Copado, Salesforce DX etc. Additional Salesforce and IT industry certifications Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
