Role & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should be a 'hands-on' subject matter expert in Salesforce.com, and specialise in Agile project delivery, team leading/mentoring and business relationship management. You will be expected to take the strategic initiatives from the sales and marketing functions across Europe and translate into a solutions architecture to deliver the benefits. For this role, you need to demonstrate that you are able to communicate clearly and confidently, leading both technical briefings and business requirement gathering sessions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certified (ADM01)
• Solutions/Technical Design and Build
• Translate business Requirements to Technical Documentation
• Leading successful CRM deployments
• Experience in program management & pan-European project management
• Has worked on areas such as, Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud
• Strong Configuration experience in Salesforce Lightning
• Strong Customisations experience in Salesforce Lightning
• Be able to conduct workshops and training sessions
• Be able to gather and define requirements for implementation
