Job Description:

Looking for seasoned Senior Project Managers with a background of a BA or capability to play a BA role.

Manage a large Salesforce GLOVIA OM implementation/upgrade project or several smaller Salesforce GLOVIA OM projects simultaneously Work closely with Salesforce architects, technical teams, functional analysts to deliver project scope on time, on budget and with high quality deliverables.

Communicate effectively with clients regarding the Salesforce project, technology and functionality.

Use Salesforce experience to develop accurate work estimates, project budgets and timelines.

Act as liaison between business units and Project Team in all areas of development, support and enhancements.

Lead the analysis and business requirements gathering to develop detailed functional requirements for Order and Inventory Management projects.

Interact daily with business units and business owners to understand business processes and key requirements, proactively work to resolve client issues.

Apply deep functional knowledge of Salesforce systems to customer needs and requirements.

Work directly and effectively with the client implementation team.

PM BASICS:

Ensure client satisfaction targets are achieved.

Exercise required controls and propose improvements as required, including quality plans, issues and action logs, risk management plans and change control plans, for all aspects of the assignment.

Responsible for Statement of Work preparation, purchase orders, price quotes and other contractual materials as part of scheduling and deploying resources.

Lead the delivery team, drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully.

Ensure business and assignment risks are identified, monitored and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success.

Skill and Experience Requirements:

6+ years experience in IT project management with a background of a BA or capability to play a BA role.

3-5 years successful experience with Salesforce.com implementation projects Willingness to travel 100% to international client locations (possibly Egypt) Nice to have Inventory and Order Management Concepts Ability to learn quickly and function as a positive and creative member of a team Solid understanding of Salesforce functionality and integrations (some understanding of Salesforce technology a plus) Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred (or other demonstration of in-depth Salesforce knowledge and experience) Ability to excel in an unstructured environment of rapid growth and constant evolution Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving skills.

Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required.

Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.

Detailed, organized, and results-oriented.
