I am currently working with the world's largest retail client who are looking for a Salesforce Support Analyst for a 6 month contract(possible extension) to work for one of our global clients based in the Netherlands

Mandatory experience / skills
Associates will be part of the RUN team for Sales Force at onshore.
Will be required in making sure that any issues in RUN operations are resolved to customer satisfaction and within the defined SLA's for the operations.
She/he will also be the point of contact with the customer for the Salesforce team and will liason with the offshore team in INDIA for the day to day operations
