Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world. To build on Sitecore’s success and growth, we’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Systems Analyst to work as part of our Business Solutions.
The position can be based at Sitecore offices in Manchester, NH or London, UK.
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for tasks related to data entry, management, maintenance, training, and troubleshooting of the Sitecore ecosystems such as Salesforce, Apttus and applications built on salesforce such as Financial Force, Pardot and other related applications. This is in addition to supporting Strategic Planning and Operations Department’s day-to-day activities under limited supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce.com CRM application including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.
- Work with product team and IT to make updates and changes to product pricing.
- Execute test cases with attention to detail to help ensure the quality of the product. Take ownership of test case suits for release, smoke and regression testing. Log and write clear defect reports, test cases.
- Participate in product design planning meetings to help define requirements and use cases. Identify, help minimize, review and isolate production defects. You have the ability to communicate with operation side of the business
- Use and become familiar with Excel and its Apttus X-Author app to price components within the Apttus CPQ product.
- Create, adjust, and maintain SFDC and related apps meta-data and data for records, reports, dashboards, etc.
Perform data scrubs weekly and work with IT Team to ensure system cleanliness. In order to preserve good data, SFDC inputs must be monitored and cleansed regularly to assure that tool can be used effectively. - Knowledge of Salesforce products, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Pardot, and Lightning Platform.
Job Qualifications:
- Salesforce Configurator needed for Digital Transformation of Sales and Marketing area. Understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to change management
- Certified Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator (ADM-211 or ADM-301) or equivalent Salesforce experience.
- 2+ years in Salesforce CPQ, Mulesoft Integration, Apttus, Pardot, Service Cloud or any other CPQ
- 3+ years of experience IT testing and other implementation activities.
- Experience in hands on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing and other implementation activities.
